Certain Cloud Phone services may include call recording functionality. Where customers choose to enable call recording, Neotech may process recorded call data solely for the purpose of providing and supporting the service.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to call recording, notification, consent and privacy obligations. Neotech accepts no responsibility for the Customer's use of call recording functionality.
